RoboDream is an AI system that generates photorealistic synthetic training videos for robot manipulation tasks by combining diffusion-based video generation with explicit modeling of physical robot motion. This reduces the need for costly and time-consuming real-world teleoperation data collection by enabling robots to learn from synthetic demonstrations that maintain realistic trajectories and diverse visual contexts. Validated on physical robots, RoboDream improved policy performance while significantly cutting real data requirements, lowering costs and accelerating iteration cycles in robotics development.
